I have researched the term ISIS. It corrected me and said that it was IS-IS, but you can put it anyway you like. As long as you are preferring to the correct term and not someone's name. The definition was this:

Intermediate system to intermediate system (IS-IS), is a protocol used by network devices (routers) to determine the best way to forward datagrams through a packet-switched network, a process called routing.

Hey Nibs!  Yep! Not many folks use ISIS any more.  Qwest uses it as the IGP for their MPLS Network which is pretty vast.

I'll show you the diagram some time!
