Hello!

I'm having trouble initiating a VPN tunnel from my SSG5 to a Pix535.  The tunnels work fine if the Pix initiates?

Has anyone else seen this? can someone help me?

Thanks,
Hitman

Hitman - Make sure that "xauth" is disabled if you are using shared secret.  The only other thing I can think of is if you don't have network objects defined for the remote networks that you are tunneling? If you just create the tunnel object and allow the network to be dynamically created via the GUI then I think you can get some strange behavior such as what you're seeing.

Post your config if possible so we can isolate the problem for sure!
