SmartView Monitor - Internet Explorer Script Error

I encountered the following error recently:
 
S-View monitor can't display full node status  ; following error
is reported.

  Internet Explorer Script Error

    - An error has occurred on the script in this page.
           Line  : 47
           Char : 2
           Error : Object doesn't support this property or method
           Code : 0

Anyone have the fix for this?

Well I've read several posts that suggested uninstalling SmartConsole R62 then installing SC R60, then reinstalling SC R62 would fix the problem - It did not work for me.

I changed gears a bit.  I launched SmartView Monitor (R60) in "Demo mode" and it loaded (full mode) and everything worked fine.  I then loaded SVM R62 in "Demo mode" and it worked as well.  So I closed down and re-launced and connected to my SmartCenter Server and now everything worked just fine.

java permission issue? Just a guess?

This is an update on the Explorer Script Error drama with SC R62.  After I got the "full" monitor mode working I removed the SC R60 and everything was working fine.  Then last night I rebooted and I was back to getting the error.

Here is what I did to restore the functionality:

1. Removed ALL Checkpoint SmartConsole Clients
2. Delete c:\Program Files\Checkpoint
3. Install SmartConsole_R60_HFA_02.exe
4. Launch SVM and pull thumb print from Smart Center - login will fail since Smart Center is R62.
5. Launch SVM in demo mode.  Explorer scrip should work fine.
6. Install SmartConsole_R62_HFA_01.exe
7. Launch SVM and pull thumb print from Smart Center then close.
8. Launch SVM in demo mode.  Explorer scrip should work fine for R62.  Then close.
9. Launch R62 SVM and connect to your SmartCenter Server - should work now.

This is nuts - and I'm not sure if you need the cert from SmartCenter in step 4?
